Here One Onboarding
I worked with our marketing manager to create a series of Quick Start emails to onboard our Here One wireless smart earbud users. These would complement in-app onboarding which was limited in scope at the time. The emails focused on education of our companion app, hardware setup, basic and premium features, and beta tester program.
I was responsible for brainstorming content and designing the email series. I worked in Photoshop and brought the final designs into MailChimp.
These emails performed particularly well with a 60-70% open rate and 25-35% CTR.
